Help us to help our neighbors! Thank you, in advance, for your support with this important initiative.
Woodstock Helping Woodstock
Help us to help our neighbors! The Town of Woodstock, Muddy Brook Fire Department, Bungay Fire Department, and TEEG (the Thompson Ecumenical Empowerment Group) have partnered to help low-income Woodstock residents with food, fuel, and other assistance programs.
The Woodstock Town Hall will be a collection point for canned and non-perishable food items. Along with the Woodstock fire departments, funds will be collected to offset the cost of heating homes for low-income Woodstock residents. Through TEEG, low-income residents can learn about what services are available and apply for assistance.
Stop by the lobby in the Woodstock Town Hall to drop off a bag of non-perishable groceries, donate a few dollars to help a neighbor stay warm this winter, or to learn about all the services that TEEG can offer families in need.
Contact the First Selectman’s Office at 928-0208 x336 with any questions or to offer assistance with this important program.
