 The Town of Woodstock is interested in applying for a grant to continue its Housing Rehabilitation Program that fund repair projects that include, but are not limited to: septic systems, roofing and siding, structural deficiencies, replacement windows, insulation, plumbing, electrical and heating systems. All eligible moderate income applicants will receive a no-interest loan that is 50% deferred until the property transfers ownership, and 50% no-interest loan paid over ten years in monthly installments. Lower income applicants will receive no-interest loans that are 100% deferred until the property transfers ownership. Funding comes from a Grant from the Dept. of Economic and Community Development. Before a Grant Application can be submitted, the Town is required by the funding source to know how many households would be interested and income eligible to be participants in the Housing Rehabilitation Program.
To be eligible, yearly gross income must not exceed amounts below:
